Since the majority of parents I spoke with were interested in doing the team building night at Apple Creek Arcade, I booked it for the evening of Oct 16 at 6:30. I hope everyone can make that night. I chose Wednesday because we shouldn’t have a practice, and we get a deal on pizza on Wednesday which will lower the costs for everyone. So the cost would be $25 for each player, which with the money we receive from the league to put on one of these nights, that would cover the cost of pizza, pop, and unlimited games in the arcade for two hours. I figure coming at 6:30 gives them a half hour to eat and then play games till around 9pm (they get 2 hours from the time they activate the card with the first game). Parents are welcome and encouraged to hang around and socialize and get to know each other, we all had a great time last year doing the same team night so hoping you and the boys can all attend Please mark on RAMP if your player plans to attend. Depending on the numbers, if fewer boys are coming we might be able to drop the cost to $20, right now I have planned on it being $25 because with 14 boys we would need more pizzas. I’ll let you know if the cost drops. I will plan to order the usual pepperoni, cheese varieties. Please let me know if your player has any dietary restrictions, will adjust accordingly.
