We are excited to welcome our members to our annual AGM!  All members in good standing are invited to join the current AMBA Board & Committee members for highlights of the 2022-2023 season, a review of the financial statement and voting in of the new Board of Directors for the 2023-2024 season.  We hope to see you there.

Everyone in attendance will be entered to win one of our newly designed hoodies (One hoodie to be awarded. Will be available for pickup at the start of our 2023/2024 season. No purchase necessary).

2023-2024 BOARD OF DIRECTORS

AMBA's Board of Directors manage and govern the affairs of the association.  A Director is a voting member on the Board of Directors.  Any member in good standing with AMBA is welcome to put their name forward for a Director position on the new Board for next year. 

We will NOT be accepting nominations for a Director position at the AGM, so if you are interested in putting your name forward to fill one of these seats, please reply to this email by June 1, 2023 to have your name included on the ballot at the AGM.

Seven Directors will be voted in at the AGM by all members in attendance to create AMBA's 2023-2024 Board of Directors. 

Following the AGM, one of the seven newly elected Directors will be selected by the 2023-2024 Board of Directors to be AMBA's President.
