Official Notice of Special General Meeting — Airdrie Minor Basketball Association
Please find attached the official Notice of Special General Meeting of the City of Airdrie Minor Basketball Association.
The meeting will be held on July 6th at 6:30PM, ONLINE VIA GOOGLE MEET - REGISTER HERE TO ATTEND - https://tally.so/r/D4aRvq
The purpose of the meeting is to consider, and if thought advisable pass, a Special Resolution to repeal the Society’s existing bylaws in their entirety and replace them with a new set of bylaws, as amended at the meeting, if any. The Linked Notice includes:

- a form of proxy for Members who are unable to attend in person.

The proposed Special Resolution is as follows:
“Be it resolved that the current Society By-laws be repealed in their entirety and the new By-laws presented, and amended, if any, be adopted as the By-laws of the Society.”
Members in good standing are entitled to vote at this meeting, in person or by proxy. To vote by proxy, please complete the attached form of proxy and return it as described in the Notice no later than 48 hours before the meeting.
