Unsure Which Registration Form to Use?

As many families have already noticed, AMBA is using a brand-new registration system for the 2026-2027 season. While we're excited about the improvements, we understand that navigating a new platform can sometimes be confusing.

To make registration easier, here's a quick guide:

Registering for House League Programs (U10)

If your athlete was born between 2017 and 2021, select:

2026-2027 AMBA House Season

This includes our younger development and house league programs.

Registering for U11-U18 Basketball (All Skill Levels)

If your athlete was born between 2009 and 2016, select:

CMBA Registration 2026/2027

This registration is for athletes participating in AMBA's CMBA travel basketball program.

Interested in Coaching?

If you would like to volunteer as a Head Coach or Assistant Coach, please select:

The City of Airdrie Minor Basketball Association ("AMBA") is a volunteer-managed registered non-profit in Airdrie, Alberta. The AMBA was formed to provide youth from ages 6 to 17, coaches, and referees in the Airdrie area with safe, cost-effective team-based recreation and opportunities to develop their knowledge, skills, and abilities using our community basketball programs.

Our vision is to be "The Leader in Developing Community Youth Basketball".

Our organization was founded in the mid-1990s and currently has over 400 players across three different programs.

AMBA is a member of the Calgary Minor Basketball Association ("CMBA") and Volunteer Airdrie.

The AMBA uses QuestionPro for our annual Survey. Thanks to QuestionPro's offline mobile app, collecting offline data is a piece of cake now, especially when you don't have to deal with paperwork anymore..
