2020 Fall Basketball Season Cancelled
Airdrie Minor Basketball was unable to secure gym rentals this season, with the Francophone, Catholic and Rockyview schools cancelling their rentals for community use for at least the fall of 2020.
We are saddened to announce that we will be cancelling the fall 2020 basketball season. We greatly appreciate all of our member's patience and support as we have tried to navigate through these unprecedented times. As a board, we will continue to follow the restrictions in place due to the pandemic, and remain in touch with our basketball partners and gym facilities to ensure we get everyone back on the courts in a safe and timely manner.
We will continue to communicate if/when some of these restrictions change and we are able to get our players back to playing basketball, either possibly in the New Year, next spring, or next fall.
